UK Scrappers 2014 Summer Scrapbooking Challenge...

Morning Everyone!

I have finished off some more of the UKS 2014 Summer Scrapbooking Challenges that my lovely crafty friend Niki set iso now only have 4 more to do... and I have until the end of Sept to finish them off so should get them all completed!

This layout was for Challenge #3 which had me stamping the background for my layout, I just picked out a variety of words and symbol stamps and stamped away. It was actually fun to do and I am happy with how it turned out.

My next layout is for Challenge #4 and we had to use frames, ink or mists and Project Life cards.

Challenge #5 was to follow a sketch and use typography (like a Project Life card)...

The Project Life card I used was perfect to go with our wedding photo...

My final layout was for Challenge #8 and we had to follow a sketch...

I added a couple of extra photos as I had so many of our nephew Ralph at his 1st birthday party that I wanted to use them all...

Three layouts and a card...

Morning Everyone...

A couple more layouts that I have done recently, these were inspired by some of the UK Scrappers challenges in July. 

This layout followed the Simple Recipes challenge, I used the colour scheme and gold accents.

The photos are from our friends Andy and Gen's recent wedding down in Devon at a lovely hotel in Wembury...

 For this layout I used the House Challenge sketch...

The pic is our godson Freddie hitching a ride on Lee's shoulders when he was over for the Easter weekend...

I followed the July Week 4 challenge for this layout, we had to use the colour scheme, be inspired by Alice in Wonderland and use letters and numbers in the title.

I used some pics of our friend's kids having tea after being out for Christmas lunch last year...

And finally a card I made for my nephew Ralph's 1st Birthday. I had the little monkey stickers from an old card set so thought it was about time I put them to good use!

I had some bits left over so made a little sign to hang on his door...

A couple of layouts...

Hi Everyone!

While I was at the GoGo Aquarelle Adventures weekend I did manage to get a couple of layouts of my own finished. 

I love this photo of Lee's godson Oscar tucking into a burger!  

These weren't such good photos of Lucy and Ellie however I really like how it captured them so I was determined to scrap them...

UK Scrappers Week 2 challenge...

Hi Everyone!

The weekly challenge over at UKS last week was to scrap a layout that documented a change in your life, have lots of white space and use something that is 4 years old. So this is what I came up with... I managed to tick all the boxes, my layout represents the change that our friends kids have had on our life, definitely got in plenty of white space and most of the layout was made with an old scrapbook kit that was well over 4 years old!

The wood chip pieces were the only new embellishments that I used...
