Simply Stampin' Challenge #68 - Colour

Hi Everyone!

I am so over this rain... is it ever going to stop! With the Olympics in 2 weeks let's hope the sun is shining by then for all the visitors and athletes!

Simply Stampin' Challenge #60 - Theme

Hi Everyone!

Thanks so much for sending in your entries to last week's Simply Stampin' Colour Challenge, we had some fab designs which always makes it hard to choose a top 3!

This week's challenge was to create something to the theme....

Monochrome (with a splash of colour!)

When I thought monochrome I decided I wanted to go with gray and use the spotlighting technique to add a splash of colour to the stamped image so this is what I came up with...

Did you notice that my design was based on the Sketch from Week #55!

Simply Stampin' Challenge - Sketch

By the time this post goes live I will be at the GoGo Getaway where I get to scrapbook for 3 days straight! It's a fab weekend, we get in 7 classes plus plenty of our own cropping time so I am hoping I can get a couple of extra layouts done... though that does depend on how much talking and shopping goes on! Will post some pics of my layouts when I am back...
