Pages of Memories March Week 4 Layout

Hi Everyone!

This week's Kit contained some fab My Minds Eye 'Kraft Funday' papers (I use kraft paper a lot so loved that there were three patterned sheets of it!). I came up with this layout as I thought the bunting paper was perfect with a playtime photo of me and our godson Freddie at a soft play!

Some close up shots of the detail...

The alpha stickers were from my own stash...

I actually used this Kit previously in a class of Niki's that I went to, my layout from that is in the post below...

This Kit is called 'Kraft Funday' and is available for a limited time from the Pages of Memories Online Store.

More Scrapbook Layouts...

Hi Everyone,

I have some more layouts to share with you that were made at a one of Niki's classes. I attended it last month and have only just got round to photographing them all.... better late than never!

These pics are of my friend Kerrie's two oldest daughters when they were amost 2 years (they are now almost 14!)

This layout is actually Niki's very cute daughter Sophie...

For this layout I used a photo of my husband Lee when we were on our first trip to New York...

And finally this double page layout shows Lee and I with my mum and dad when they were over here visiting from Australia after our wedding in 2010...

These layouts were all made with Kits that are available for a limited time at Pages of Memories Online Store.

Simply Stampin' Challenge #51 - Theme

Hi Everyone,

We had some great entries this week for the Colour Challenge over at the Simply Stampin' Challenge blog, so thanks to everyone for joining in! I particularly liked using the combo of Crumb Cake, Poppy Parade, Baja Breeze and Whisper White, it worked very well for a male card!

Now onto this week's Theme Challenge which was Totally Tags! So having not long had the yummy Simply Scrappin' Kit appropriately called 'Tickets and Tags' I thought I would work with that and I came up with a scrapbook page featuring my husband and his two brothers... on writing this post I have just realised that I have cheated slightly as I did not use any stamping on it!

Pages of Memories March Week 1 Layout

Hi Everyone

This week I had a very pretty girly inspired Kit to work with from Pages of Memories and decided to scrap some photos I had of a friend's daughter Lucy. There was a series of them that I thought would work well together so I used a layout that I was sent from my monthly 'Chinese Whispers' project for inspiration. This is something I have been doing with a group of scrappers since Jan, we started off by finding a layout that we liked and then scrapping our version of it which we then emailed to one of the group. They then scrap their version of it and send it on.... and at the end of the 8 months we will then get to see the various versions of the original layout. Should be interesting to see how they were all interpreted!

Anyway this is what I came up with...

The banner detail...

The flowers and paper pleating...

And finally the title...

This Kit is available over at the Pages of Memories Online Store and to see Niki's layout using this Kit pop over to the Pages of Memories blog.
